What is the difference between non-metal manhole connections?

The manhole water hard PVC pipe rubber ring is connected to the water hard PVC pipe rubber ring connection (R-R connection).

1) Check the quality of pipes, fittings and rubber rings, at least prepare tools.

2) Clean up the groove of the rubber ring in the socket, the working surface of the socket end and the rubber ring, and the manhole should not have soil or other debris.

3) Correctly install the rubber ring in the groove of the rubber ring of the socket, and do not reverse or twist it. For the convenience of installation, the rubber ring can be soaked with water first, but no lubricant should be applied to the rubber ring for installation.

4) When the pipe connected by the rubber ring is cut off during construction, it must be chamfered at the socket end, and the insertion length marking line should be drawn, and then connected and inserted into the length. When cutting the pipe, ensure that the fracture is flat and perpendicular to the axis of the pipe.

5) Use a brush to apply lubricant evenly on the rubber ring mounted on the socket and the outer surface of the pipe socket end, but the manhole shall not apply the lubricant to the groove of the rubber ring of the socket. Lubricants can be V-type fatty acid salts, and it is forbidden to use butter or other oils as lubricants.

6) Align the socket of the connecting pipe with the socket, keep the inserted pipe section straight, and use a manual hoist or other pulling machine to insert the pipe to the marking line at one time. If the insertion resistance is too large, do not force the insertion to prevent the rubber ring from twisting.

7) Insert a feeler gauge along the gap of the socket, and check the installation of the rubber ring along the circumference of the pipe.
